Please take a moment to read the operator manual and follow the guidelines therein. We also recommend you have the magnetic yoke calibrated 6 monthly according to AS1171 by Magnetic Yokes. This calibration may also highlight any issue that may over time arise. Considering the importance of your Yoke in the day to Day operation of your business, we know you want to keep it going for a long time. For the correct use of these yokes, training of operating personnel is required. Use of proper inspection procedures, standards compliance and safety requirements is the obligation of the user.
Parker & Karl Deustch Yokes offered by Magnetic Yokes are warranted against malfunction due to defective material or workmanship. Defective yokes will be repaired or replaced for a period of TWO Years from the date of purchase.* Repair or replacement of the defective yoke will be made at the discretion of Magnetic Yokes.
Magnetic Yokes Liability is limited to the repair or replacment of the defective unit. No other indemnity is expressed or implied. Magnetic Yokes assumes no liability from any claim arising from the use of this equipment.
EXCLUSIONS
Component failure caused by customer misuse/abuse of the yoke, such as exceeding the yoke’s stated duty cycle. Activating the DC switch whilst the yoke is energised. Wetting the yoke, or any other action that may be deemed unreasonable.
UW12 LIMITED WARRANTY, The UW-12 magnetic yokes are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase.
PM-50 – Guaranteed against faulty manufacturers workmanship and Guaranteed to meet 18kg lift test for 12 Months.
NOTES
POWER CORD
The condition of the power cord should be inspected on a regular basis. If cuts, abrasion, crushing or severe bending is visible the yoke should be forwarded to Magnetic Yokes for cable replacement.
DUTY CYCLE
Yokes are designed for use with 50% duty cycle, Approximately two minutes on and two minutes off.
Continuous operation will cause overheating and damage to the yoke components.
AC~DC
If the yoke has an AC/DC activation switch, DO NOT switch from AC/DC whilst the yoke is energised.
APPLICATIONS
DO NOT use your Yoke in Damp or Wet conditions unless it is a specified model.
